Honma Sangyo Co., Ltd. - Degreasing and cleaning of metal products

Specialized industrial cleaning service. We accept requests for degreasing of metals, electronic substrates, and more.

At Honma Sangyo Co., Ltd., we have introduced a custom-made large hydrocarbon cleaning system from Japan Field Co., and we use a high-performance hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent called 'NS Clean' for hydrocarbon cleaning solvents. Honma Sangyo's hydrocarbon cleaning machine combines cleaning ability through physical forces and drying capability based on boiling points. It allows for the selection of three types of physical forces: oscillation, rotation, and ultrasound. Due to its superior vacuum drying capability, we perform vacuum drying after steam finishing cleaning. Areas that could not be fully dried due to issues like stop holes and liquid pools with previous cleaning methods can be quickly dried under vacuum conditions, as the boiling point decreases. 【Features】 ○ Compliant with RoHS standards and ISO 14001 ○ Introduction of environmentally friendly hydrocarbon-based cleaning ○ Careful attention is paid to avoid scratches, scuffs, and dents during cleaning ○ Capable of powerful trichloroethylene cleaning ○ Cleaning tests and analysis are also possible For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Case Study] Automotive Parts Manufacturing Factory Company C - Industrial Cleaning Version

When we outsourced the cleaning operations to our company, the quality of the subsequent processes stabilized! This is a case where we received great satisfaction.

Here is a case study of cleaning at an automobile parts manufacturing factory. At Company C in Nagaoka City, machining oil was previously removed by wiping with rags. This manual wiping sometimes resulted in the oil being cleaned properly, but other times it did not, leading to unstable quality in subsequent processes. This required checks and rework, resulting in unnecessary additional work. When the cleaning operations were outsourced to our company, the quality in the subsequent processes stabilized. Later, when comparing the costs incurred from outsourcing the cleaning operations with the labor costs for wiping oil with rags and the effort involved in redoing tasks, they were surprised to find that outsourcing to our company was overwhelmingly cheaper. [Case Overview] ■ Client: Automobile parts manufacturing factory, Company C ■ Issue: Machining oil could not be completely wiped off with rags *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Transaction Example] T Company, a construction hardware manufacturing factory, industrial cleaning version

Larger workpieces can be accommodated compared to the cleaning equipment typically installed in regular factories! This is a common request in the manufacturing industry.

Here is a case study of cleaning at a construction hardware manufacturing factory. At Company T in Tokyo, a one-time job request involved a workpiece that was slightly larger than their usual standard products and could not fit into their cleaning equipment. It was not practical to invest in equipment costing tens of millions of yen for a one-time job, and manual cleaning was not efficient either. They consulted us when they were facing this dilemma. Our cleaning equipment can accommodate larger workpieces compared to the cleaning equipment typically installed in factories. They were satisfied with the cleaning quality and expressed their desire to work with us again if a similar case arises. [Case Overview] ■ Client: Construction hardware manufacturing factory, Company T ■ Challenge: The workpiece received for a one-time job could not fit into their own cleaning equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Automotive Parts Manufacturing Factory Company C Industrial Cleaning Version

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, quality inspections have become stricter, leading to the need for high-quality degreasing cleaning!

The consultation from Company C in Nagaoka City is a case where the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has unexpectedly affected them. The company’s client had a factory in Wuhan, China, and during the pandemic, they called back their employees to Japan. However, they had to assign the work that had previously been done without any returnees to an even larger number of people. Until now, the company had been performing degreasing using wipes, but there was inconsistency in the wiping quality among different individuals, which affected the quality of the subsequent processes. The decisive factor for outsourcing to our company was the residual oil content inspection, which allowed them to realize the necessity of professional cleaning by comparing the amount of oil after our cleaning with the wiping done with wipes in numerical terms. 【Case Overview】 ■ Client: Automotive parts manufacturing factory, Company C ■ Issue: The client’s inspections became stricter, making it unacceptable to perform cleaning in-house. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Business Improvement Case] Saitama Prefecture Manufacturing Company A - Industrial Cleaning Version

By reallocating the time spent on cleaning to other tasks, we were able to improve production and increase sales.

We would like to introduce a case study of Company A, a manufacturing company in Saitama Prefecture, which improved its operations by starting a cleaning service with our company. The company was previously handling cleaning operations in-house, but there were many inconsistencies in cleaning and drying during inspections, which took a lot of time and led to re-cleaning, resulting in very poor work efficiency and increased labor and costs. Therefore, they outsourced the cleaning operations to Honma Industries. As a result, the quality after cleaning significantly improved, and costs were reduced. [Results] - Significant improvement in quality after cleaning - Time previously spent on cleaning could be redirected to other tasks - Ultimately led to an increase in overall factory production and sales - Resulted in cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
